Susie Hawke Speech Pathology aims at supporting early years educators, early years professionals and parents with strategies to develop and encourage oral language and literacy.

Susie graduated from La Trobe University (Lincoln School of Health Sciences) in 1991 with a Bachelor of Applied Science – Speech Pathology. Since then, Susie has worked as a speech pathologist in numerous roles across the health, education, disability and community sector, gaining extensive experience in speech, language and literacy development.

 

Susie is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with current membership of Speech Pathology Australia.  She is a Hanen Certified Speech Pathologist with Cooperative/Licencing Agreements to deliver a range of Hanen Programs, and holds a Professional Membership for Key Word Sign (KWS) Australia.

Susie is very passionate about supporting children to have the very best start in life.  She believes that supporting children’s oral language and literacy development will ensure better education, employment and health outcomes.

 

Supporting early years educators, early years professionals and parents with strategies to develop and encourage oral language and literacy is the major driving force behind Susie establishing this business.
